Who We Are

In short: VORTULM is an independent AI hardware and consulting practice.

VORTULM ("we," "us," "our") is an independent practice specializing in sovereign, on-premise AI hardware appliances, AI workflow automation consulting, and partner marketing for enterprise SaaS products, operated by Syed Sibte Hassan Shah.

Services Covered

In short: these Terms cover our hardware, consulting, content, and partner marketing activities.

These Terms apply to:

• Sale of VORTULM AI hardware appliances (Sentinel, Aegis, Sovereign tiers, and any future configurations)
• AI workflow automation consulting, including RAG and agentic system implementation
• Technical content creation (articles, tutorials, social content) on AI-driven business efficiency
• Promotion, referral, and affiliate marketing of third-party B2B/SaaS products through our channels and professional network
• Participation in partner and affiliate programs, including via PartnerStack and similar platforms

Hardware Sales & Pre-Orders

In short: pre-orders are expressions of interest, not binding purchases, until you receive a formal invoice.

Pre-orders. Submitting a pre-order request through this website does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. It is an expression of interest. A formal invoice and order confirmation will be sent directly to you before any payment is requested. No payment is collected automatically through this website.

Payment. All payments are arranged directly between you and VORTULM following invoice confirmation. We do not store card details or process automated payments through this site.

Hardware & software. Hardware appliances are built using refurbished enterprise components. Specifications listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of listing but may vary slightly based on component availability. Software (including but not limited to n8n, Ollama, and any pre-loaded models) is provided as configured at time of shipment; VORTULM does not guarantee compatibility with third-party systems not explicitly listed.

No warranty beyond stated terms. Except as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement or invoice, hardware and services are provided "as is." VORTULM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the hardware or software.

Partner & Affiliate Program Participation

In short: vendor-specific commission terms live with that vendor, not here.

• Commission structure, tracking, and payout terms for any specific vendor program are governed by that vendor's own partner agreement, not this document.
• VORTULM only promotes products it has evaluated in good faith and will not make misleading or unsubstantiated claims about a partner's offering.
• Any sponsored or compensated content is disclosed in line with standard advertising practices where applicable.
• VORTULM operates as an independent, non-exclusive partner and is not an employee or agent of any vendor it promotes.

Client Engagements

In short: scope and payment are confirmed in writing before work begins.

• Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Payment terms are agreed per engagement.
• VORTULM may reference completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.

Intellectual Property

In short: client deliverables transfer on payment; our frameworks and brand stay ours.

• Deliverables created specifically for a client become that client's property upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• VORTULM retains rights to its own pre-existing frameworks, methods, and general know-how.
• VORTULM's brand assets (name, logo, original content) remain its property and may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

In short: we don't share your non-public business information.

Non-public business information shared by a client or partner is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

In short: we do our best work, but don't guarantee specific outcomes.

VORTULM provides its services on a best-effort, professional basis and does not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, VORTULM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services. VORTULM's total liability for any claim arising from a hardware purchase is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

Termination

In short: either side can end an engagement with reasonable notice.

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. VORTULM reserves the right to end a partner or affiliate relationship immediately in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of VORTULM's brand.

Governing Law

In short: governed by the law of VORTULM's operating jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VORTULM's jurisdiction of operation, without prejudice to mandatory protections in a partner's or client's own jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

In short: these Terms may be updated over time.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our services or business operations. Continued engagement or use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
